The best quality for print is 300dpi resolution in CMYK colour mode (not RGB). CMYK is used for print and RGB is used for screen graphics.

The design program you are working in, usually has a function to add bleed. If you cannot add bleed, just make sure you have at least 1/8″ all around the design with no text or images that will be trimmed off.

A PDF file is the best format for print. If you do not have a PDF file of your design, you can also send us a JPEG or PNG file if it is high resolution. Make sure there is a 1/8″ bleed all around or make sure the text / images are not near the edge of the design, as we need a 1/8″ trim / safety margin for full bleed.
